I’m Tim Wood, a retired Digital Arts and Design teacher. I taught at Central High School in Columbia, Tennessee, for 18 years. Previously, I was in the newspaper business as an editor, reporter and photographer for 18 years. I was editor of the Weatherford (TX) Democrat newspaper for 12 years and the Columbia (TN) Daily Herald for three and one-half years. I also was a reporter at the Bartlesville (OK) Examiner-Enterprise for three years.

I have a Bachelor of Journalism degree from the University of Missouri and a Masters of Education degree in Instructional Technology from Trevecca Nazarene University. I also am a Certified Digital Designer, as designated by the American Design and Drafting Association. I have Adobe Certified Associate certifications in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Visual Design Specialist.

This WordPress website features a variety of  my creative work. It includes non-fiction and fiction writing, academic writing, photography, graphic design, and original music.
